📦 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch.

🇦🇺 Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Delivery timeframes vary by location and will be shown at checkout. Tracking details are provided once your parcel has been lodged.

🌍 International Shipping

International shipping is available.

A flat rate of $30 AUD for orders under under 500g total weight. Shipping is free for orders > $200 AUD.

📬 Delivery Issue

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact me and I’ll work with Australia Post to resolve the issue.
